Adrenaline rush: A physical condition where the body floods with excess adrenaline in preparation for battle or explosive physical performance. Also called "fight or flight" syndrome, often a response to physical stress but also occuring during extreme mental stress.
Adrenaline dump: A physical condition that occurs after an adrenaline rush where the body's surge of excess adrenaline rapidly leaves the system, causing extreme physical and often psychological fatigue.
In other words, WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!
