As harsh as it was, Nick is right, Louis. One thing I know very well is having mixed up prorities. there has been countless times that i've put things first in my life that defintly shouldnt have been first, and lemme tell you, it screws you over everytime. I know how it is to want to be apart of everything thats going on, and i know how it feels to not want to feel left out. i also know that theres been a thousand times that I'd go to an extra practice or work or help someone with hteir hw over doing the stuff that i needed to get dont for school, and yea it screwed me over big time, but i figured, well its acceptable to screw myself over, but i cant screw someone else over. well the point is, as good hearted as it is to want to do things for other people, sometimes you just have to say no. im learning that slowly. you always have to take care of yourself first, otherwise you are incapable of helping others. Think of it like this: if your car crashed into water and your kid was in the car, you would have to go up and get urself air before you could save him, so that you had the strength to carry him up as well. if you didn;t help yourself, you would never be able to help him too. food for thought. love you! xoxo
