Diaper bag madness!!

I want something practical (waterproof, durable, easy to carry, matches most outfits, good for every season), cute and FEMININE (now more than ever I have to assert my femininity - I am totally outnumbered!) and roomy enough to hold baby stuff but with compartments to hold my personal (and occasionally work) stuff, since this bag will do double duty as a workday purse and diaper bag.
