Home Again
So I did not sleep at all last night. I stayed awake because I had to be at work at 4 a.m., I got there on time but whoever was supposed to be the opener was not there. We all sat our happy asses outside until management got there. Oh yay 30 minutes just sitting outside doing nothing. None of clocked in because seriously that would count against us but we got 30 minutes of pay for sitting on our asses. But that is all besides the point.
Why would they make us come in at 4 a.m., one may ask. And I did ask. Well turns out we were there to decorate Christmas Trees. Not even fucking kidding. There are four trees out on display each with a different themed deco, and mine was uhhh i forget. Wait it is rejoice. Yep that sounds right, so for two hours I got to decorate my tree. We then helped put out a shit load of ornaments and Christmas decorations. What joy. But seriously what the hell happened to letting Halloween pass first. I mean I have grown used to people barely sparing a minute for thanksgiving but seriously THIS IS HALLOWEEN!
With that I am off to bed. I can not believe I got paid to decorate a fucking Christmas Tree.
