I waited at borders for two hours to get that wristband. i was about 7th in line. the line ended up wrapped around the store's corner but i don't know how far it went around after that. i read while i waited, and the weather was pretty nice (nicer than while waiting for the wii), so waiting was no problem at all.
The borders party starts at 9, and the line starts at 11:40.
