This is an unfinished letter I intended to send to a friend in North Dakota in 2010. I was working at CPS as a temp, so my days were numbered. Temping was not my favorite thing, but that's off topic. Teresa was a co-worker, while Sheila was my hairdresser. Teresa talked to me incessantly about her summer plans "at the lake" in Minnesota. Realize that MN has over 10,000 lakes, so I always made fun of her for saying "the lake" as if everyone knew which one she was talking about. Also Teresa happened to be good friends with Sheila. Enough of that.
Here's the letter:
Sheila,
I was talking to Teresa at CPS about the idea of a world functioning without money. She probably thought I was joking. You probably think it's a crazy idea. Anyway, here it is: The Venus Project.
