how to torture

I am new to this torturing business but would like to know if you have any fool proof methods?
I heard the chinese water torture works wonders.

Dear young and eager,
I have found that you need to deprive your victim of sleep.
the chinese water torture is effective but i suggest that you get a cat who wants to go outside and put them in the same room as your victim. what tends to happen is the cat will cry a piercing pathetic cry every 15 mins or so.
just as your enemy is about to fall asleep the cat will let out a "hey can you let me out?" cry.
also effective if you have a house guest that you want to get rid of. or lets say a family member or grown child that just wont leave the house.
grandma moved in and just wont return home? keep the cat inside for a day or two and she'll be off to florida where she belongs. have a 45 yr old son still living at home? same thing.
