Alexander Siddig(Philip Burton), the Chris Ryan Books and English

Just a random post. I just saw Alexander Siddig (plays Philip Burton in Primeval) in one of the episodes Chris Ryan's Strike Back tv series. I didn't recognise him at first because he had no beard (lol) but may i just say he has a thing for playing the baddie pretty good. The main reason i found this out was that i had recently selected a book by Chris Ryan for a text for an English exam (god i hate exams!). The book 'The Kill Zone" i had just picked up from my school library because my teacher kept badgering me, she's an English teacher who calls her self Ms bonbon which i think in french, i didn't really pay much attention in french, she taught that too, means Ms lolly. Anyone else think that's slightly weird. shes not a bad though, i wish she would just mark me on my creative writing rather than my essays, it would go better for the both of us. Anyway getting off subject, i picked the kill zone book because it was army related. when i read the first few chapters my did i get a punch in the face. i knew it was military but jeez the sheer amount of violence at the beginning was enough to make my gag reflexes to kick in,  it was a welcome wake up call though, it's good to be able to relies just how bad war is in the middle east. i haven't finished yet (about halfway through) but i'm really enjoying reading it. hopefully my english teacher will like what i have to say about it in the exam because boy am i going to give her and earful about the themes of war. anyway i was just channel surfing when i came across  strike back on the TV when i saw it had been written by Chris Ryan i was intrigued and that's how i saw Alexander Siddig(Philip Burton) in it. Funny how everything is interrelated :)
