Katsucon Update #2!
PLEASE NOTE: Dont talk to me about the latest One Piece chapter... I dont want to think about it, I am in denial.
BUT FEEL FREE TO TALK TO ME ABOUT DRRR!! CH.7 CAUSE THAT WAS THE SHIT 8D
Alriiiight... so the weather seems to be pretty fucking bad BUT... by tomorrow I have hopes that the roads that I need will be open to me and I'll be able to get to the Gaylord despite any and all delays. I dont give a flying crap if it takes me 3 hours alone just to get through 295 (a relatively short distance for me), I really dont as long as I get to the hotel. I have slight worries for I-76 since someone informed cosplay.com that it had closed down... hopefully (and it really should) it will be opened by Thursday. I was planning on leaving around 8-9AM... but if its not even open then I see no point leaving early. So please, if you guys live near the area and can give me any information on roads PLEASE DO. Up here in Ithaca I have no TV and I really dont know what websites are reliable.
yosh... that aside my last class of the day (also happens to be the last class i would have gone to before Katsucon) was cancelled. We had snow here in Ithaca but it really wasn't that bad so I was a bit surprised my professor cancelled... OH WELL 8D As a result of the cancellation I got to continue working on cosplay earlier than expected. W00T. Still not done at all but I go all night and Thursday when I get to the con to finish anything. I just want to get all painting done tonight and the sewing I can do at the con.
SO HERE IS MY SANJI SHIRT AS IT IS NOW, about 48% done...

again, lighting in my room is very fail but the colors are about right...
And because I can, the wig I'm using for Shizu-chan with possible sunglasses choice (I have two others I can choose from 8|)

so yea... shitty lighting is shitty, the wig isn't that um.. yellow-ish but whateverrr.
UGH it took my internet forever just to upload the pictures D8 Ithaca internet is the shittiest internet >:/
So yes, as a result of this taking FOREVER, my shirt is now at 60% done... yay!
This is probably my last entry before Katsucon so to everyone braving the snow, I WILL SEE YOU THERE! (see? positive attitude, everyone should try and have it for once 8/)
