I did'nt get to sleep till 3:00 this morning but woke up at 7:30 and felt totally refreshed. Why is it that when I get less sleep I wake up feeling(& not to mention looking) alot better? Lately, if I get more than 6 hours sleep I wake up with swollen eyelids, & dark circles under my eyes. Not to mention my skin is ghost white. Thank got for
