sleep patterns

All my life I've slept badly. A night in which I only woke up a few times was doing pretty good. In the last few months, sleeping with another most nights, something clicked and suddenly, for the first time, I was able to fall asleep quickly and stay asleep through the night.

I'm worried that now, sleeping alone again, I'll lose that.

*update: Woke up at 2:49, 6:49, 7, 8, 8:30, 10, and 10:20. Finally got up at 10:48.
