I am honestly annoyed.

Today I went to city hall to get my registration done (to prove I'm not an alien, etc etc) and was horrified to find out my birth certificate has been rejected because it "hasn't been legalised properly". In short, I now have to send it back to Singapore, get it stamped by the Dutch embassy there, and have it sent back again.

A wok is pretty much all you need in the kitchen.

...Okay, fine, a pot and a ladle and a ricecooker. But other than that! Woks!

You have wireless in class? I used to do that a lot in Singapore when I still brought my laptop to school. Now that I have to bike to campus, bringing my laptop is no longer a viable option... :/

T.T I have one at Duke, but I didn't want to ship it here... But fortunately, there are a lot of Asian restaurants, so I can get my rice fix. XD

I do! ...Sometimes, when it chooses to drop by. x.x I wasn't going to bring my laptop, but my professor lectures SO FAST. I can barely keep up sometimes even when I type. T.T

The thing is, he wants us to take notes on the main points of his lectures, but I mean. That's the point of a Powerpoint? x.x So I try to get as much of the slide down as I can, but it's kind of terrifying when all these bolded parts just fly past.
