Actually it was probably about that here too ... it's 71 today, but a few days ago it was like 30 in the middle of the day. The roller coaster that is living in the South.
Youch! We had a random dip into the 30s after Christmas, too, but we've pretty much stayed there. :)
I'm working for the same company as C now. I'd been hired to do some contract/proposal editing for them, which turned into a full-time job offer. So I'm still doing a little freelance on the side (mostly for MOAA still), but not as much as I had been doing.
It's a steady paycheck, what can I say? Bills gotta get paid.
I'm thinking of that spaghetti sauce that used to take so long to make but was sooo worth it later. That was grandma's recipe, right? /drooooools
