Modern!AU || Arthur/Merlin || Merlin knows that getting off fastest when he’s got some BDSM porno playing loud on the computer doesn’t mean he’d really like to be that bloke, gagged and bent over and bound. Right?

If you haven't already realized this, just about everything I will recommend is BDSM (if not that, then it'll be for a deep, probing queer identity piece). This fiction doesn't break the pattern. It's 16000 words of Merlin stumbling through a world he doesn't know but he's understandably desperate to be a part of. The story was too saccharine for my tastes at times (it's a little too easy for him to be perfect and woo the lovely, BDSM club owner Dom!Arthur), but it's the scenes that really make this story great: they are fantastically thought out, well-written, and goddamn hot.
