This, darlings, is an AU where Eduardo never went to Harvard, never met Mark, and never created Facebook with him, mostly because his dad was selling his body to seal business deals for a good portion of his life. Despite the terrifying warnings and vaguely morbid summary, this is actually a really wonderful story. Yes, there's a lot of angst, and Eduardo is kind of tremendously fucked up for very good reasons, but the dialogue is wonderful and the dynamic between Mark and Eduardo is still perfection, even though they weren't BFFs in college. Also, I am such a sucker for Eduardo as a badass, and it doesn't happen often enough.
