Thoughts
The concept of sin, like the concept that man owns this world, is sin itself.
Original sin isn't inherent in the species, its by the culture and indoctrinated by our society.
Human life is no more or less valuable than the life of our brethren who are treated as lesser; we even do it among ourselves according to class and race -- making distinctions when there is none, determining good and evil when such concepts aren't ours to create.
Why should man work for eight or more hours a day to simply live, when life is so much more than work?
These are just thoughts... not beliefs. But they are interesting. Can the price of progress be repaid, dare I say with interest?
I am still Christian, but more and more I am becoming aware of the mechanations that shape the way we live... Ishmael helped bring a sheet from over my head, and made me recognize Mother culture as opposed to the truth.
