Reordering of Priorities

Another Monday is here... and with it comes the opportunity for change as well as improvements. I've been pondering at depth what it is I'd like to do with my LiveJournal... whether to abandon it entirely, or to seek other methods of expression. I think that most everything that happens to us has value, whether it be value that we give it or value in what we get from it. So it is that putting experiences into a journal of sorts is desirable for a future writer, and certainly a way to remember the times of life when the years start to pass by too quickly.

So what have I decided? I'll be making my narratives of my day protected, and if you would desire to read them, let me know, and I will add you to that list. For my musings on various subjects, I will make public -- not to the point that I would be willing to defend them in an academic sense, but rather that they are intended for self-growth and might aid others as well as myself. I will also have narratives that are public which may or may not be true... An exercise for a creative mind. I will be interspersing stories from and inspired from EverQuest, the college experience, the human experience, and from my imagination. I have a passion for stories and what they can do for a person, as I myself can attribute most of who I am to their influence on my life.

In short, I desire to have purpose in all I do... whether it be the dedication of twenty minutes to meditation to posting on a public web log. For those who want to read... it will all be here. My future goals in the web include creating my own Web Site, including songs I've composed and some stories... though most will be sent via request only. I hope to include Art, Reviews, Ideas, and pictures on that web site, as well as my stories in a more organized manner.

Life is a long road, but in the end we realize the world is round, and we end up where we began.
