Family....
I just got an email from dad informing me that my Aunt Anna had a massive stroke last week, and then didn't regain consciousness and died a few days later. Her funeral is on the 22nd. Her sister, my Aunt Bonnie, had a stroke as well a couple months ago and an MRI this week shows several blockages that are slowly depriving her brain of oxygen.
I want to drop everything and go back home now. My grandfather is also not doing so well, and is sleeping a lot and his dementia is also getting worse.
I don't know what to do, I don't know what is expected, but I do know I want to be THERE and not here.
