Vancouver International Film Festival.
I'm volunteering for the "First Weekend Club" in order to network fast.
It couldn't be going better. We have a table right by the entrance and everyone has to pass by Mr-uber-happy me just to go to the "forum" (workshops) for the entire fest (or as much as I feel like working anyways).
Tomorrow is the "film" day. I found out that the scheduled "Speed Dating" is actually a pitch session and I think I'm the only person on a wait list in case someone doesnt show or cancells or summat. EEEP! No one-sheets, no plan, nuffin, but I'll learn lots if I can get even one. either way it's pure gold.
I'ma pitch: "O-zone" and "Compassion Assassin" and pray.
More after I rest and work and etc, but not now...
