retreat pics

cell phone pics from my retreat this weekend (already posted on doldrums). could someone tell me how to make these appear as pics rather thank links to pics? I tried the [IMG][/IMG] thing, but it didn't seem to work. Also could someone explain how to make one pic be the link to a page with all the other pics (like Liz does).
