Dag fyra: Hej från Sverige!
Four days in Sweden, and I have been accepted by the natives. I have been inducted into the sacred knowledge that is the recipe for Swedish Meatballs - I could tell it to you, but I'd have to kill you.
In addition, I have discovered a wonderful word "Durkslag", which if said in your best Ray Winstone London Gangster accent-"you duuuuurkslaaaaaag"-sounds insulting, but actually means 'Colander'.
Sadly, being away for a while means that a Special Delivery parcel that I'm supposed to be getting will probably be sent back to the suppliers -I've tried ringing Sheepscar but, as most of you know, they do not answer the phone under any circumstances, ever, probably including while being threatened with death, and so explaining "Could you just keep it for another week, I'll come in after the new year" is a non-starter.¹
Also, we have snow! Hurrah!
