Forbidden Planet Suck

I placed Order Number: 157430 2weeks ago. I have just phoned up to check the status of my order, a Ame-comi Cheetah figure, and have spoken to the rudest, most unhelpful customer service i have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Every other site I deal with on a regular basis, some much larger than forbidden planet, are able to keep customers up to date with the statue of their order , especially if the product is out of stock. When I placed the order the figure was listed as a sale item on your site, implying that you had it. I placed my order as this was a limited edition item and most places were out of stock.

Today, having heard nothing i phoned to check on my order, and spoke to Ann-Marie,who told my you were out of stock, weren't getting any more and that is was my fault as I should have phoned earlier. When I asked if there were any comparable items in stock I could change my order for I was told no, that you put a disclaimer on everything saying that if you don't have it tough, even if we've let you order out of stock items. She was rude and condescending through out the call, obviously didn't want to help me and couldn't care less when i cancelled the order.

This is a disgusting way to run a company and I will not be shopping with you online or in store.
