cleaning raw fleece
takes several baths of hot water, a bottle of de-greaser washing up liquid and about 4hours, in case anyone wanted to know.
its mostly finished now, need to sort out the different colours ( a lovely dove grey and a purpley - brown) from the main cream wool. card, dye and work it.
spinning it would take a long time with a drop spindle, so i think i'll just felt it.
the weekends experiment is to see how easy it is to dye. i've got a load of kool-aid to try as well as wool dyes.
once its done i might try crochet...
