Hello all, again! This is Tad (bearingevil/screwthegods/whichwayagain/thedicearecast) with her second new character this cycle, Vincent Nightray of Pandora Hearts fame! He is the biological brother of Gilbert, and also connected to the other people here from his cast in various ways, but none of them matter as much as Gil! Brother is very important to Vincent, as you will all undoubtedly learn. But other than that, Vincent's a really nice, friendly guy who has no odd quirks or overly creepy tendencies at all! Really!

...Yeah, no, not really. But he puts up a good front? Usually. Just watch out for the scissors...
