Meowzy here, bringing in character #5! It's Perry the Platypus from Phineas and Ferb! Haven't heard of him yet? This sums it up and spreads early holiday cheer at the same time.
Perry will probably spend a lot of time derping around as a pet without Doofenshmirtz to thwart. At least, until he finds a new (temporary!) nemesis. The little guy is packed so full with fighting spirit, he can't sit still for too long. He'll also need a new temporary family, and when I say temporary, I mean temporary in a very literal sense. He won't actually settle down anywhere, so after a few days of invading someone's home with petty goodness, he'll move on to the next house.
