Regarding the Recent LJ Issues

I voted, yes, I want to move, more because that is my preference. At the rate we are going even if LJ somehow manages to get their act together and meet with our demands (or a reasonable compromise, which isn't looking to be happening either), we know they are just going to fuck up again with the next release.

The last release already made me absolutely unwilling to pay for any accounts besides this one. That was actually a part of the reason why I dropped down to just one character, because honestly, I don't like playing in non-paid journals. That one bit of stubbornness is the only reason why I'm still paying for this one.

I'm not going to leave if the playerbase does decide to stay. But I most definitely have already created journals on Dreamwidth for any characters I may consider having still. But I do think the pros of moving outweigh the cons massively.

And Akai, feel free to use the spreadsheet for a player count and to help check for duplicate votes. It's up to date with all the most recent drops unless I missed any. Right now we stand at 196 players.

And you know, with another day passing and now I'm among the people getting migraines from this and have had to go back to custom comment pages so I don't end up throwing up because of it.

Yeah, even more convinced that I want to move, especially because LJ won't even acknowledge the issue about people getting migraines. The most recent news post makes it obvious they don't want to address the main concerns the userbase has.

I'm so wanting to move now, I'll even help with some people who expressed financial difficulties with their paids. I can't afford a ton, but I can afford to gift a couple of players with a paid to help tide them over until finances look better.
