Paprika specific plotting

because I'm pretty much sold on this idea

So, for the duration of this event Paprika will become The Sandman. Because I don't want to be a terrible person and give you the nightmare fuel incarnation, who takes out people's eyeballs and feeds them to children, this will be the more pleasant Hans Christian Andersen version!!

Paprika will turn into a physical being and come out at night time, going to random people and sprinkling sand dust into their eyes. This sand dust, as per the story, makes people go instantly to sleep and then the Sandman gives them either happy good dreams or no dreams at all. If someone wants to catch her in the act (which is encouraged) then they are free to. She'll chat with them possibly, but the urge to follow the fairytale means she'll bring out that magic sand dust and put them to bed. If you want to have your character remember seeing Paprika the next day, they can as well. But, she won't be going outside during the day and sticking to journals as part of the story too.

tl;dr: Who wants Paprika to break into your character's house at night, to sprinkle magic dust into their eyes, and let her give your character happy dreams, where nothing hurts and everything is magic and miracles? I'll probably put a post for this the beginning of the event and just ask people to specify a date when it happens. For the record, she won't be dream hopping either during this all - too busy putting folks to bed!
