Okay, those details! Quick reference. Draft starts on Friday the 3rd and will last until the 6th. There, with that out of the way, let's look at our list.

Whooo boy.

Giles, as some of you know, is recovering his sight - he can currently distinguish vague silhouettes, and probably a little more than that by the time the announcement goes out.

Otherwise, he'll be making a lot of use of his oversensitive hearing, and might still be vulnerable to traps and natural hazards.

He'd probably be helpful detecting ambushes, he's good at that.

In hand to hand, he should be effective again. He won't get in anyone's way in a fight, as the silhouettes of Third Party fighters and Shift Hunters will be pretty easy to distinguish from villagers. And, as anyone who's watched the show knows, Giles is good to have on your side in a fight.

As far as Filial Magic goes, he's effective with Kipinn and Nala, and has started learning from Tsinku. The powercap relase will let him play a little more with magic from home. Barrier spells and things that can possibly mess with the Third Party...yeah. Offensive magic is still a huge drain, though, although I have a possible plan for that.

I have the "The Magic Box" RPG supplement for spell lists, if anyone's curious.

Giles can fight long range and close range, although he'll be wary of using any kind of long range weapon.

Both is great. If you wind up having to prioritize, I'd prefer Amelia. But both works, too.

Amelia's going to need all the help she can get, being from a desert and all. But right now, I've got no firm plans. :Db

And the furthest Giles has come to fighting outside of an urban environment was the Sunnydale ruins. But that does give him experience with adverse terrain like this. So he should be some help.

...I don't have any, either. It's kind of annoying. I'm usually bursting with plans.

I read that Bil is fixing it so it can be used, at double the power without the power cap. Since otherwise we're going in at such a disadvantage.

Bottom of the report.

Don's done plenty of blindfolded training and surely knows how to guide a blind person, if you should want a seeing-eye turtle. He wouldn't mind having your magic around, either. Battle buddies?

Seeing eye turtle would be wonderful, and as far as Giles is concerned its barrier and protection magic for any villager within earshot. Battle buddies!
