Firstly TEACHER I HAVE SOME QUESTIONS: What's the range on the anti-superpowers Shifting? Is it like an aura or a projectile--if the latter, does it "stick" to the target on its own or require the Shifter's attention?

SECONDLY: Flandre here is kind of um. Ridiculous, power-wise. Like, godmode-tier ridiculous (there's a reason she's an UNLOCKABLE boss. Extra Stage is nucking futs D: ). She can destroy pretty much anything she likes at a distance just by crushing its metaphysical stress points in her hands (she blew up a meteor in orbit this way in canon), as well as turn her staff into a giant flaming sword about six times her size and Assorted Other Powers in the School of Destruction. Because she's a vampire, she has superhuman strength as well (she can/will totally be throwing those tractors like baseballs), can split herself into four copies, turn completely invisible and regenerates very quickly. She also has claws and no fear of blood and no sense of self-preservation and you really don't want her all up in your grill.

Also because she's a vampire, Flandre does not like sun. At all. Or rain, for that matter, or any kind of moving water (ie. garden hoses/Supersoakers). She's also weak to silver. It overcomes her damage reduction.

THAT BEING SAID I don't want to disc-one-nuke everything because that would be no fun at all. I was going to have the SUDDENLY BLIND handicap in place at first so she doesn't blow up everything on the first day.

Though, if she witnesses Patchy dying because Geoff is terrible she will explode in RAGE and it will get everywhere and she might well go on a killing spree. Which should prooobably happen towards the end because it will be a massive OH SHIT moment.

She will most likely be following Adell or Patchy around like a duckling. Crowds make her Very Nervous.

The radius is a hundred meters in a complete bubble, invisible to the naked eye and cannot be sensed. As long as a person is in it, they are affected. The moment they leave, they're back to normal.

And as an aside, if you want to give her a challenge, some of those Elites are likely well versed in dealing with vampires. They may just be ready to use the above means to give her hell (especially if she's causing so much damage at once, they're going to want to neutralize her).
