What up, fellow single-game-single-character comrade?

No knowledge of the canon beyond having watched Advent Children and stalked the FF7 cast here for over a year, but drive-by love for Aerith here. She is a lot of fun to watch and is so often amusing, and you handle the times that are no so much fun for her just as well. Also, props for handling an unusual relationship type well despite the cultures of monogamy that most English-speaking RPers probably come from.

If canon Aerith was done half as well as you do her, it's a definite shame that [SPOILER ALERT] Aeirth dies [/SPOILER ALERT

I'm glad you've found it fun! TBH, I tend to be a bit of a shippy sort of person (in fanfic, anyway; besides the ot3, my shipping experience in rp has been a mixed bag) and Aerith's kind of an...idealist when it comes to romance? Not that she has unrealistic expectations of significant others so much that her philosophy is as long as people are genuine about their feelings and willing to try, they can weather just about anything out. So I'm glad there's been rough patches both in the relationship and outside of it or else it probably would have gotten a bit bland on my end XD

It is definitely a shame she dies. What's always made me sad is just how soon she dies, because I think it would've been awesome to see her reaction to some of the later parts of the game.

Your Aerith is amazing, and definitely one of the best on LJ. You've really got her voice down, and it's a joy to thread with her! I wish I had something better to say, but I don't. ♥

I really, really honestly believe that you are the best Aerith I have ever seen- mostly because you seem to perfectly understand her character and FFVII in general (which is something I can't exactly claim, because I go ???? over a lot of things or my memory is just terrible hahaha) and she's just... amazing. I love her and Tifa's conversations, and they definitely need to talk about Cloud at some point, to mix it up a little. SO YOU SHOULD NEVER DOUBT YOURSELF, she is awesome and... yeah. I have no real crit to offer, because I suck at crit. So. ♥♥♥

ff a lot of it is just that I've got a few FF7 fans on my flist who like nattering about fandom as much as I do so. XD We tend to chat about stuff, which helps keep my memory on some stuff fresh. I would not claim to be an expert on the compilation at aaaaaall. Pretty much what everyone else has said. You've done a great job of making Aerith a three-dimensional character and Nami totally needs to talk to her more. I'm not gonna tell you not to be paranoid cos that'd be like ...hypocritical >_>;; But from my perspective, you're the best Aerith I've seen in RP. |D
