When: Some fifteen minutes after he made that entry, meaning that reality bends and it was technically yesterday. I just was slow to get this up.
Where: Outside House #10 initially Kyonko and his Loveshack, but chances are it'l move to some shop for the late-comer to pay a penalty.
Summary: It's a meeting of the SOS-Brigade. So the members get to know each other, Haruki gives Ahiru the floor to talk about plans for the festival, Haruki determines who needs to be in cosplay, and Haruki proposes his planned game with Rikku.
Rating: Shouldn't really go above PG-13. I mean Haruki's a molester, but he's not a rapist.
