Where: Meeting up at the grocery store to pick up ingredients and any other necessary supplies before heading up to the kitchen on the 8th floor of CH7 for some cooking funtimes.
Summary: Pao-lin somehow got convinced into organizing a girls' baking day. Curse

[You can find Pao-lin wandering the aisles, either alone or with a gal pal, searching for the ingredients or cooking utensils she'll need to pull off her recipes.

She might also. Um. Be picking up boxes of pre-made cookies to be eaten while waiting for her stuff to finish baking. Cookie dough will only fill you up so much, after all.]

[And here was Yui, approaching Pao-lin from another aisle carrying two different bags of flour.]

Hmmm, Pao-lin? Should we get the thicker flour or the softer flour?

[Pao-lin turns to Yui and considers the choices. Tough question.]

I dunno...what do you think, Yui? Do you know how it'd affect the cookies or whatever?

Hmm, I wish I remembered what Bryant-san used....[There was one type of flour that was used better for baked goods like cookies than the other...]

Let's just get both and experiment later!

That's right, we can do that, because we don't have to pay for anything here. We can just try whatever and it's no big deal!

[Yui is likely wandering around the store with Madoka. If not, she may be with someone else. Maybe it's you!

She's around where all the different decorations you can put on baked goods would be. She was excited about this, but she may not be the one doing most of the baking. Her baking skills just...weren't that great yet, so she'll worry about icing and decorations!]

[ Madoka isn't the greatest at baking either, not to mention Yui asked her to come along so.. she's sticking close to the other girl a little as she's looking at the decorations. Madoka is marveling at the display at the moment, in fact. ]

I know, and there so many things to choose from...! [Yui pulls out a set of cookie cutters made for the Christmas holiday.]

We should definitely get this for the cookies.

Uwah..! Look at those cute shapes! There's a Christmas tree, and a star.. [ she giggles. ] They'd be perfect for them!

[A nod!] Let's see what else we can use to decorate the cookies. Maybe...some sprinkles or gumdrops?

There's a lot of different kinds of sprinkles here though..

[ she eyes them as she talks. ]

Chocolate sprinkles, colored sprinkles, confetti, and-- ah, these look like pearls..!

Uwah! They're so pretty! And they fit with the season too. We should take some.

Yes! I wonder.. do you really think they're edible though? They look so pretty, like real jewels..

I think so? Usually these kinds of decorations are made from sugar. [She picks up a packet of the pearls.]

I wonder how they make it look like the real thing? Ah, if this is made from sugar....

It's pretty impressive then that they can make that from just sugar..!
