Derek has spent a decent amount of his day in House 45, cooking a meal from scratch and getting it packed up along with a bottle of wine. He's still mulling over why, exactly, he suggested this, but he did know he enjoyed the 'talk' he and Ginia had had during the draft.
And maybe that was a good enough reason.
Once he had everything packed up, and had cleaned himself up, he grabs the food and the guitar, headed for Cloud 9.
