Ship B but technically everywhere: either day goddmoddingly August 25 2011, 19:59:09 UTC
[ So this was their war? It wasn't very traditional. He would have opted for a captain's position; himself being one well...former one, after all. He knew fighting and he knew warfare; having several centuries under his belt. And of course there was his own war back home. But that was neither here nor there. He doesn't have enough exposure or information on such things like these boats to captain one of them. Hopefully those in charge prove satisfactory in their given positions. Still not being in his usual position of command wouldn't hamper any of his willingness to participate. After all, saving people through war formed bonds between them. It suited his own gains well enough and so he joins in the fray, if only for that reason.

You'll see a man dressed in his normal garb fighting throughout the air in course of the next few days. He surveys the surrounding area with little to no concern. The waves of enemies not so much as causing him to flinch or back away. Actually he merely waits for them to attack, leave open their defenses, as he cuts them all down in deadly precision. You might also hear him throwing out jibes every so often. He does ever so like annoying people and making them lose their focus. And what better way than to engage in some idle chatter? Mostly? He aims for their wings. Even if you have a good, keen, eye you might see him one moment and the next only downed enemies as they fall into the seas below. But he looks rather bored, only some of them having proven to be worthy opponents. As the battle goes on he takes on some of the more challenging third party members, Elites to be exact.

He'll make sure to keep a close eye on the ships doing whatever he can to keep the enemy at bay. And you might see him step lightly (throughout the course of the fighting) onto the decks of Ship A, B, or the Cargo ship when he takes a brief moment to rest. Also if you're in trouble he might leave the rescuing to the last minute. Or even allow the enemy to get through at times. Not a folly, never, but he expects people to be somewhat competent enough. But really you're just there to provide a good distraction so he can attack from behind, it's a good tactic, he swears. So he'll save you if you need it, but only if you really need.

He returns to the Ship B only when necessary, or during the interim of no fighting. Keeping rather to himself, but he won't turn down anyone who wishes to speak with him. Should anyone wish to, after seeing what he can do and having little to no injuries, he wouldn't be surprised if anyone didn't. ]

[Alexei is surveying from the deck of ship B. He's been managing to take out a few enemies that decided to try and take over the ship without much of a problem...except when dead third party bodies keep landing onto the decks.

Great that they're dead, but not so great when you don't want to go down with them.]

What the hell... [He tries to locate the source and spots Aizen above him...floating? Without any visible support? He's taking down enemies without much of a problem, but he's also littering the boat :| Trying to follow his movement, he raises his sword and starts firing a beam attack at any incoming enemies that might hinder the battlefield down below. He may notice these beams of light from up there.]

[ Sorry Alexei Aizen lost track amidst swatting down these flies. But he does notice the light, he notices everything really. He attention might wane as he looks down to see the other and his attacks. A third party member might sneak up on him, or so it seems, but really now? These things aren't worth his time. It'll charge sword out in front of it as Aizen calmly turns around, parrying it with his sword. It's a good opportunity for one of those beams of light to be useful. ]

[Fine, fine~ Making sure he doesn't hit Aizen in the process, he'll fire another Radiant Dragon to knock back the enemy soldier.]

Try to knock them into the sea next time! [Keyword being try. He doesn't really expect him to pay attention where the enemy falls the whole time.]

[ He doesn't need the help really but if it makes the other feel better he'll allow Alexei to aid him. It's better than doing it by himself boring as it is. ]

Very well. [ Try is the keyword. But as soon as Alexei says that there will a very powerful burst of reiatsu from Aizen. It almost feels like the gravity around the area he is in has strengthen. The third party members around him drop, without him even lifting his sword, into the ocean. He'll land on the deck of the boat. ]

I cannot predict where a swatted fly will fall. [ He's good, but why waste energy doing that? Not his problem you're below him. ]

[...What. was that? Alexei just frowns.]

No, but I would like it if we can avoid friendly fire when we can. [He doesn't seem too phased by what he had seen up there just...annoyed.]

[ Aizen looks out to the retreating third party groups. ] I hardly meant for such to occur. My apologies. I will keep and eye out from now on. Albeit there has hardly been any damage done to the integrity of this vessel.

I prefer that it continues to stay that way. Anything can happen out here and the situation can change abruptly.

Then we will simply use such a change to our advantage. That is a key point in strategy within a war, is it not?

Uh... first day? 8D? talontrot August 27 2011, 06:29:50 UTC
[Hey, Aizen? Kazooie is a good distraction. A very good distraction.

Because a loud, raucously-squawking, bright red cartoon bird spitting Grenade Eggs tends to get attention, from both Third Party members and neutral observers.

Right now she's dealing with the first serious problem she's run into in awhile, though - an Elite. Even a Grenade Egg to the wings hasn't taken this one down, though zir feathers are singed under the battered, crumpled armor and most of the unprotected tips are scorched off, leaving the Elite's flying significantly crippled.

Want to take advantage of this situation?]

Sure! goddmoddingly August 28 2011, 00:57:40 UTC
[ Undoubtedly. She certainly is. But when you've dealt with hollows, arrancar, and vizards giant talking birds aren't much of a stretch. He does note the crippled Elite and moves in for the kill. He'll disappear from his vantage point and reappear behind the Elite striking it right down its back. The damaged armor no match for Aizen's power or his sword. It slices right through and feathers will be discarded throughout the air. His expression is completely neutral, as it is mostly throughout the fighting. ]

[Aizen's sudden appearance makes Kazooie squawk loudly and immediately feint away, beating her wings rapidly (and losing several Red Feathers in the process) to maintain altitude.]

Where the heck did you come from?!

[Never mind the fact Aizen just brutally murdered an Elite without an expression change. That sudden appearance is what got Kazooie.]

[ A smirk. So you can talk? ]

My apologies for startling you.

[ Yeah nevermind that. He does it all the time. ]

[Of course she can talk. Damn well near everything in the B-K series can talk if it has eyes!]

I never saw one of you human-types disappear and reappear like that before. Majorly weird.

But hey, you beat that guy really fast. [Almost scarily fast. Does he have SUPERBANJO enabled or something?]

[ Aizen doesn't know the B-K series your argument is invalid! ]

I have faced beings several degrees harder. Their methods of fighting are not so unconventional as to be much of a problem.

[ Aizen is also very good at fighting. ] I can say I have never seen a creature such as yourself before either.

Well, I'm a breegull. A red-crested breegull!

[She banks a little, coasting next to where Aizen is effortlessly standing.]

And I've fought worse, too - just, the really strong guys don't usually stand still and let me hit 'em like that!
