Summary: Since Edward's cockblocked flounce, the Elric brothers are camping it out in the mountains for some hardcore training. BEARFIGHTS. ALKAHESTRY HEADBANGING. ALCHEMY SPARS. And maybe one indulgent day at the water park if Al gets his way.

[Okay, so it hadn't really been the most mature reaction to ever have. And Edward knows he probably confused the hell out of Al when he'd announced that they were leaving for the trip they'd planned for the weekend, immediately, barely packing more than was necessary for a couple of days. It's not like they didn't know how to fend for themselves, and more than anything, the burning desire to get the hell out had been overwhelming. He'd barely said a word about the fact during the entire trip to the mountains.
And now, curled up by the crackling fire as day fades into night, Edward still has no idea how to explain himself to Alphonse, though his brother has a right to know more than as anyone. All he knows is that he's pretty sure he won't be sleeping much tonight, if at all.]
