Who: Francois and all the lovely people What: His arrival! When: 7th August Where: Out by the woods Summary: France wakes up in a strange new world. Rating: Safe so far? Unless I'm doing things wrong...
Frederic thought it was a good day for a walk despite the heat, to which he spots France out in the woods then goes to help him. The composer also took note of how he was dressed, obvious to even him that the man was a new feather and thus needed help.
Francois looked up, at first unable to smile or charm his new company. He was at the edge of a forest, patting his pockets and swearing loudly after clearly sleeping rough. Of course he wasn't alright.
Flopping back down onto his ass, resting his arms on his knees, he looked up at the guy and smiled, tiredly.
"Ah, oui. I have been in far worse situations...." He gazed at him thoughtfully. "You know, you seem a little familiar. Were you at the party?"
Frederic looks curiously at France, not really understanding what he meant by any party. But he politely bows to the other, while still making sure to check if the other is truly all right.
"I'm afraid I do not know of any party. But perhaps I can help you back to the village? Since I assume you are a new feather." He also almost completely forgets his manners, now realizing then bows. "And please allow me to introduce myself since I have almost completely forgotten my manners. My name is Frederic Francois Chopin, it's a pleasure to meet you Mister...?"

France didn't hear a word that was being said. He was staring at the man's back at the things....just....there. He continued to stare, jaw dropped, even when the bow was over.
"Uh...buh....dbeh...." he pointed weakly at him. "W-w-wi...."
They had to be fake. He grabbed Chopin's arm and gave one a tug, shrieking at the feel.
Elliot Nightray didn't have to be in Luceti for long to know how to spot a New Feather. If it wasn't their clothes, they often had a frustrated or disoriented look about them, or they seemed out of place. Someone who seemed like they didn't know where they were was a person who probably needed help, and Elliot sure as hell couldn't ignore someone who needed help.
So, despite the heat this afternoon, he approached the man near the edge of the forest in as friendly a manner as he could possibly manage.
France looked up towards the voice and then looked its owner over with a critical eye. He smiled once her reached the face again and stood up, dusting himself off.
If the man hadn't specified 'here', France might have assumed he was talking about a new drug, because he was pretty sure he caught a flash of a wing behind the man's back. He peered at him, curiously, trying to see over his shoulder from a distance.
"Luceti....? Is it a nightclub? I'm afraid I may have overindulged last night. I assure you I'm usually a little more responsible. But only a little," he winked. It wouldn't make sense not to hit on somebody just because he had no idea where he was.
Freezing for a moment, France let his eyes wander over the forest before his shoulders relaxed and he looked up. Despite even bothering to look, he still hadn't really expected to SEE anything.
"......Morning.... and that depends where here is." Unless the guy was implying France looked young and beautiful. That was sweet. Why wouldn't he mean that? France's confusion was swept away and replaced with a charming grin. "Why, you want to show me around, big guy?"
Marco paused, it'd been awhile since someone flirted with him, but he shook it off with a laugh and dropped down from the tree branch.
"Here is Luceti, and if you want a tour, that can be easily arranged," Marco returned the grin. "I'm Marco," he offered a handshake -- just in case the big guy comment was for lack of a name.
France watched the jumped with an impressed raise of an eyebrow. The impressed touch moved to his lips as he smiled at the invitation. Not the best looking guy but, well, France wasn't as fussy as people thought.
"Francois," he ginned, shaking Marco's hand. He kept a hold of it a little longer than was necessary. "A tour would be delightful."
[For when he gets to town since there are so many who have found him before.]
Japan was out for his usual walk and early morning errands, his dog at his side, nose buried in the memo book he kept with him to write down what he needed to buy, when he thought he felt someone familiar nearby. Or rather, he thought he heard someone familiar. Or maybe it was more like he just knew that something was happening and it was going to bring trouble. Well, not trouble, but it was definitely going to stir life up for him in Luceti.
He paused, picking his head up, the grocery bag hanging from his fingertips and turned his head this way and that, but couldn't spot anyone at first. "...Perhaps it is my imagination...."
"KIKI" France wailed, throwing himself at Japan. His arms found wings and he shrieked, letting go only for a split second before sinking to the floor, arms wrapped around Kiku's legs and face buried in his crotch, sobbing.
"I have done nothing wrong to deserve this.... Unless it is God. He's angry.... but it's not my fault!"
If his named (shortened or was it a nickname?) being shouted wasn't enough to cause Japan to jump, the sight of France jumping out of nowhere and throwing himself at him certainly was. The other nation hugged him, hit his wings, shrieked, and then fell to the floor.
Only to bury his face in his...
Oh God.
Japan tried not to scream and fall over when he realized what was going on, alternatively trying to pat France on the shoulders to reassure him and push him off. Why were foreigners so forward?!
"This is horrible," he wept, clinging tighter as Japan tried to push him away. "How will I find suitable clothes? And cafes? What about my people, they need me!"
He pulled his face back, to look up at Japan, face somehow still quite elegant despite the red blotches and tears. The situation hadn't quite hit him until now, seeing another Nation here.
And then he realised he'd never touched Japan this much. Usually he settled for awkward politeness at social events, enjoying the look on Japan's face as he was forced to greet with a kiss on each cheek. Sometimes he just lunged to grab something, facing the consequence of getting hit (and rather hard!). But now look. Slyly, he nuzzled in again, slowly this time, hands moving up to oh-so-innocently feel Japan's bottom.
Ch'rell had been out in the woods doing his usual training sessions when he comes across a very irritated young man. Ch'rell wasn't usually all that inclined to converse to people, but curiosity got the better of him.
"I suppose you are new here." Ch'rell said coolly, gazing down at the man with some haughtiness. "Welcome to Luceti."
No worries! I've been slow too!monsieurflaneurAugust 12 2011, 16:36:00 UTC
"Francois," he huffed. "And it could have been a party, I happen to be very popular. I get invited out all the time and I've woken up in far stranger places that this."

"New here," he continued. Maybe the guy was still a little disoriented or something? That's what he'd guessed. "New to Luceti."

"Morning. Are you new here matey?"
Because waking up alone, broke, and confused wasn't enough of a weirdness value already.
