Summary: In celebration of Mr William Bush's coming to Luceti, he and Mr Kennedy got drunkish. Then they decided to buy a cake, because Horatio's birthday is tomorrow. Then they decided they were not drunk enough, so they went to Good Spirits.
Rating: Use of illegal alcoholic substances bumps this rating up to "not as think as you drunk I am."
A bottle of Romulan ale is placed on the counter and Archie immediately pours William a glass. "This is the stuff, William. Romulan ale, they call it. From Romulus." He slides the glass toward his old friend, then picks up his own glass--just regular Scotch whiskey--and drinks. "Everyone who comes to Luceti has to taste of it. It tastes like..."
Here he pauses, trying to think of a proper descriptor. Pain comes to mind. If he were more familiar with it, dry ice and horse piss might also work. Though it probably has more in common with Everclear.
