Summary: Wolfwood comes home from the draft all banged up and finds someone's been sleeping in his bed.

[Milly's doing better than she thought she would be, considering.
It probably has an awful lot to do with the fact that every single time she's started to worry about the fighting that Mr. Priest and Mr. Vash and Miss Amelia have been dragged off to take part in, she's taken herself into the kitchen and practiced her cooking.
The kitchen is now full of quiche for some reason. She thinks she's gotten pretty good at quiche... even if sometimes the pastry comes out a little bit darker around the edges. Burnt bits are good for you, right?
But just like she did when he was dragged off by the Malnosso, Milly can't stop worrying about Mr. Priest. She's outwardly calmer, because she's not the only one who's scared and it would be just awful to upset other people, but it's at night when she's still awake worrying that she feels the worst, and she wraps herself up in his blankets wearing one of his accidentally pink shirts that he discarded, and tries to sleep and not worry so much.
So that's what she's doing right now, dozing lightly in Wolfwood's bed.]
