They're not expecting him. He doesn't have to be there at any particular time. If he changes his mind, he doesn't have to go at all.
So Donatello walks slowly from House 55 to the Battle Dome. He loiters in the lobby, peeking through windows to see who's using the rooms. He generally drags his feet as much as possible, until he senses that Leonardo is running out of patience with his ambivalence. He takes a deep breath, and asks himself if he really wants to do this.
He finds that he does.
He climbs the stairs with a renewed sense of purpose and enters the clinic, looking around, absorbing everything. He's never done anything like this before, and it's not immediately obvious how he's expected to announce himself. Should he go through the inner door, that presumably leads to the examining rooms? Should he sit here and wait to be noticed? Is he supposed to put his name on a list?
He looks anxiously at Leo, because looking anxiously at Leo is what he usually does when he needs strategic direction. Help him, Fearless Leader.
