...you may or may not want to try this entering thing, though, as there's some rather scary growling coming from inside, echoing through the halls.

[Normally walking into a room like this would be a severe violation of common sense for most people. But Adell knows the source of the growling. And he knows what it means. Well... he'll go in anyway.]

Flandre? It's me, Adell.

[...the noise stops.]

Adell?

[Flandre's head pokes up over the edge of the bed where she had been huddled until now.

...then she crawls up and over the sheets and springs at him in a tackle. Hug. It's hard to tell.]

[Well, he's not expecting a tackle. Hug. Whatever. So the little vampire with her strength will make him stumble back as he catches her and holds her closely.]

[Flandre just clings to him when Adell staggers backwards, though her wings flare out briefly for balance. Then that growl comes back...kind of. It's more like a kind of muffled grumbly noise this time. And a little whimpering sound, quiet--but noticeable.

This wasn't the first time Flandre had been away from her sister.

...and it probably wouldn't be the last.

But she never liked it when it happened, and she never would.]

[He could hear that little whimper behind all of the grumbling. He could tell how upset she was, and it was one of the many reasons he came looking for her. He just holds her, hugs her close, and gently rubs the back of her head.

[She leans against Adell's hand, and the grumbling quiets somewhat.]
