Who: Anyone who wants to attend! Volunteers, New Feathers, oldbies (Old...Feathers?)- come on in!
What: New Feather welcome party!
When: Evening of the 20th.
Where: Welcome Centre.
Summary: Parties are a self explanatory concept! Feel free to go action tag- I'm only using third person in the post body since it'd be pretty weird to have smalltext all over.
Rating: PG. For the time being.
The Welcome Centre has been decked out modestly for the party tonight- balloons, streamers, even a banner in rainbow colours - WELCOME TO LUCETI. Don't knock the rainbow, man, it took a while to do. Neatly. The chairs and tables have been pushed to the sides to make a wide open space at the center of the main room- presumably for games- and on the left side of this huge room sits a piano.
Hungry? Finger food is abundant- and for the health-conscious, there's even salads.
Stay a bit, everyone, and we have games coming up right after these commercials.
[OOC: Mingle post for the party! Feel free to establish threads for areas ([food area], [piano], etc? It's up to you!) for your mingling and meet-n-greet purposes. What gets its own special thread, however, is the game: Two Truths and a Lie. Gameplay will go like this:
1) Character gives their name and three facts about themselves. Two of these facts are truths, one is a lie (thus the name of the game).
2) Other characters attempt to guess which one is a lie! Threadjack!
3) ???
4) Profit HIJINKS!
