What: Blackbeard goes pillaging.  Hilarity ensues?  ...Probably not.  See here for permissions.

Where: in town, randomly going from house to house
Rating: ARR for pirates!  Probably PG-13, could go to R depending on how violent it gets or how much casual swearing Blackbeard can

"Oi! Captain!" It's Jack Sparrow, pelting toward the other pirate through the village. He seems to have procured a sword from someplace, and is hatless.

"There ya are!" Teach doesn't seem to mind how rushed Jack seems to be; then again, he rarely seems to mind anything. "Glad ya could make it! So, are ya ready to go?"

"Aye, I am--but---see, I've been talkin' with...someone...and I've got to---we can't harm the children, savvy?"

[zehahaha]

Teach raises an eyebrow at that, but waits for an explanation before he reacts. "Why not?"

"Well--innocent little dickens, aren't they?"

Jack chokes down his feelings of distaste, preferring instead to focus on the task at hand. It's becoming clear to him that he and Blackbeard have very different pirating styles.

[zehahaha]

"I've seen kids that'd try ta kill ya as soon as they laid their eyes on ya! One of 'em was here not too long ago, in fact. Still, there's gotta be a better reason than that!" Frustration was gnawing at the back of Teach's mind, but he shoves it aside. If he can put up with Pizarro's constant attempts at taking over the crew (though at this point, it's mostly consisted of him constantly asking "Can I be the captain?" over the course of the trip to Marineford), he can put up with this kind of request if there's a good reason for it.

"One of them were here, Cap'n? What were his name? Or hers?"

Jack is more than willing to put down any child rebellions, but he doesn't want Kirimi or Katie involved. That wouldn't do at all.

[zehahaha]

"Ace was his name! That was a couple o' years ago, though. He was such an ornery little brat back in the day! He must've tried ta kill my ol' captain 'bout a hundred times!" After pausing for a second or two, he continues talking to Jack. "He ain't nothin' to worry 'bout now; he was taken from here a while ago."

"I've a wonderful idea, cap'n--why don't Jack here take care of the kiddies, while you dispose with the adults? Fifty-fifty?"

[zehahaha]

After mulling it over for a bit, he nods in agreement. "Okay, fine. Now let's get started!"
