What: A date!
When: Last night? Sounds good.
Where: Meeting at the fountain then somewhere for dinner.
Summary: Allen and Rock have been caught by the Valentine's love bug. Allen suggested a date so they could get to know each other better. (Not in that way. Pervs. :|)
Rating: PG (PG-13 at the most)
To say that Allen was anxious would be an understatement. He had found some clothes at the store, better than the thin ones he'd wore when he first arrived. It felt strange to pull his wings through special holes in the shirt but, at the least, they weren't aching as they had when he first arrived. Everything felt a lot better since he'd gotten settled in.
Now he felt like he was walking on air. Since he'd met Rock, he had thought about nothing but him. To him, it didn't matter if he was supposed to be a robot. He looked human and acted human so it was very easy for Allen to forget that he was anything but human. And all of this from just a simple talk in their journal.
Sitting on the edge of the fountain, he fidgeted with his clothes. He didn't doubt that Rock would come but he was definitely anxious to meet him. It didn't bother him that this was happening so fast, even though he'd never thought much about romance at all. It just felt right and he hoped the feeling was mutual.
