salvationfound and Svala
halgitamilfWhat: Tea. :|

Summary: Svala flirted, Kratos "didn't," she insisted on tea and he agreed. "Yay, Dad's making friends!"
Rating: fff G.
To say Svala was nervous was an overstatement; indeed, she could probably feel anxiety to some level, but her lunaglyph and resulting status as an aristo dulled most of her emotions save for extreme cases when the adrenaline helped. But perhaps she was a little anxious...just a little. Zack's "tea date" had been much more informal and impromptu than this one, not to mention he was more a friend of her son's than a friend of her own.
But it was not often an Empress strove to make her own friends...and she was a little worried she'd lost the ability to do so.
The white carnations Sigmund had sent her the day before sat in a vase on the table, acting the centerpiece. The tea was nearly done, the water near boiling on the stovetop and the tea set prepared down even to the way the handles were turned. A small plate of tea cakes and cookies was set upon the table, and Svala even had plans to make a dinner and desert if Kratos so desired. All in all, she was ready.
Probably. Yes. After all, Kratos was just a man. He had a bit of an oldsoul feeling to him, but whether or not this was true shouldn't have any bearing on his character. Not in the least. He was just a considerate, kind man -who didn't believe he was- coming over for tea.
...hopefully the conversation wouldn't dry up. How terribly awkward.
