Today is June 21, year 3 in this experiment cycle of Luceti.
As many of you know by now, the Malnosso Organization took residents in a form of army draft three months ago. This will happen again very soon.
The Organization CEO has released a partial list. The entire list will be presented when they have finished processing all of their necessary information.

Individuals who have disappeared recently will likely be replaced in the final draft list.
The battlefield is a wide mountain range known as Sirry Crags. The weather and day duration are similar to Luceti, with a slightly shorter day period -- we have been told that the region is "further north." However, there is no snow in the area, and the landscape is colorless -- the entire mountain range is black and white.
The rivers and creeks on the battlefield do not have man-made structures along them; there are no dams or bridges to cross the water. The area is known as a recreational area for sightseers and hikers, and it is likely that they were killed as the Third Party moved into the area. Some may be hiding from the Third Party in old buildings scattered through the mountain range.
There is an approximate number of 400 Third Party members on the battlefield, but recon is incomplete; that number may dramatically rise by the time the Organization officially announces the draft. We do not currently know the abilities of our opponents. Past encounters with the Third Party have resulted in attacks based on the natural elements, as well as the manipulation of blood and metal.
Recommendations:
* Begin thinking about the items that you would request from the scientists. The Organization will supply most weapons, vehicles, and items that residents require. Be prepared to ask for camouflage clothing or equipment because of the unique terrain. Anti-air weapons are also recommended.
* Speak with the others who are drafted and complement your own skills with theirs. With the mountainous terrain and the Third Party's natural ability to fly, there is a distinct disadvantage.
* Prepare to ask the Organization questions when they announce the official draft. Do not be surprised if noncombatants appear in the final list; we will plan for such situations.
A map has been supplied with landmarks of the battlefield. Once the full draft list has been released, tactics may be addressed. Draftees' cooperation would be appreciated, especially with a sizable percentage of the Luceti population heading out there.
Questions may be asked here, but realize that this information is incomplete. That is why it is important to ask questions of the Malnosso when the chance arises. Residents on the partial list, this is especially important for you -- take heed of the recommendations and be prepared.
