[OH GOD BUFFY CLAWING HER WAY OUT OF HER OWN GRAVE Archie is having a horrible time breathing.]

[ instinctively -- no, even faster than instinct! -- she curls her fists tight and hides her fingers. her knuckles. it's not easy to forget how bloodied they'd been, afterward. or how alien they had looked after being so long lifeless. ]

[So Archie's going to try not to pass out now. He sits, and tries to breathe, and reaches for Buffy's hands to make sure she's there and solid and okay.]
