Mun Name; Saralinda Mission; Smuggling Category; Probably the closest are Retrieval or Labor Description; Characters are recruited to supervise the shipment of special items over enemy lines or through enemy territory. A sea-based smuggling mission would see a crew manning a ship of Malnosso contraband; a land-based mission would involve either one or more characters making it across enemy lines with a convoy of cargo.
Requisites; 2+, depending on character abilities. (Character might not be a fighter but IS a good pilot/tactition/liar.) Available Slots; This would depend on what is being smuggled. If it is something like an important document or a smaller item, one person could handle it. If it is a ship of cargo or some kind of convoy, you would need a crew of 10-15 people. Destination; This is a point-to-point travel-based mission with location/destination depending on where enemy lines are. Time Limit; I would say one week, possibly up to two weeks. Reward; I am bad at figuring this kind of thing out. I guess it is a fairly high-risk type mission, even if there might not be out and out fighting involved. So the points should reflect that. Possibly it could be pinned to the recon-type missions, as characters will be deep in enemy territory for part of it.
More specific idea:
A team (10-15 characters) is recruited to smuggle ________ through enemy Third Party territory. (The WHAT doesn't matter that much--it could be more unknown cargo, as in the draft, or it could even be a Malnosso dignitary.)
The characters' cover? They are a traveling circus. Their convoy consists of large, painted, horse-drawn gypsy-style caravan wagons. They are responsible for performing--essentially--for their lives as they protect the cargo, which is stowed in special compartments built into the wagons. Exotic animals, flaming hoops of death, magic tricks, trapeze work, feats of daring, freak side shows, performing dogs, belly dancing, clowning, fire-breathing, stilt-walking---any and all old-school circus acts can be included in their performances as they trek toward their destination.
Outright FIGHTING on this mission is not the purpose, though some quick behind-the-curtain knifework might be in order if any TP audience member grows suspicious. The point is to preserve the cover, the cargo, and each other to the end and make it safely to the goal.
