No? Aww man....amuruiNovember 8 2011, 04:20:44 UTC
Strengths: Physical: He has a Bear +Anima, which the vast majority of the time gives him the ability to turn his arm into a bear arm. Complete with the strength of a bear on top of the fur and claws. However if the amurui part of his +anima is triggered he will have both arms transform, have a lot more fur, fangs, and genuinely become a lot more bear like. The bear his anima came from was huge and very powerful and he definitely inherits that power when he transforms. However even without his +anima he is shown to be athletic and fairly strong (he seems to make a habit of rescuing small children by running around with them tucked safely in one arm) and certainly fast (he has been shown multiple times to be about to outrun mobs of very irate grown-ups) for his age.
Mental: Unless you count his amazing ability to suppress all of his memories and have amnesia for the sake of not being triggered, he really doesn't have any. Mentally he's still a small child, and small amnesiac children generally aren't known for their mental prowess.
Emotional: Basically, the same as mental. He has surprisingly good control over his emotions if the situation calls for getting a hold of himself (meaning: a situation where if he lost control of himself his +anima would go wild and start mauling people)
Weaknesses:
Physical: Well, despite his strengths and +anima he is a human teenager, and have all the weaknesses that come along with that. He can get sick, stub his toe, bleed from a paper cut, get the crap kicked out of him by super powered residents.
Mental: Remember that thing about mentally being stuck as a kid? Well, that comes with all the drawbacks of playing a small child in Luceti (with the exception of being too traumatized by the events that happen to him in Luceti, since the memories won't stick unless he goes out of his way to keep a memento or they occur on a daily basis). Except him to not think things through, have lapses in impulse, and be generally prone to acts that are kindhearted but ultimately pretty stupid. He is fairly easy to take advantage of if a character really wanted to. Not to mention the bonus problems of being an amnesiac so he is very prone to things like getting lost, and not remembering both the good and the bad people he's interacted with if they don't interact on an almost-daily-basis or he didn't keep a memento.
Emotional: His emotional issues are based in two problems: the first is that he has the same feelings as any other person, and deals with them the way a kid would. The second is that if he is excessively emotional though could trigger the crazed defensive instincts of his bear +anima. Thankfully is is in fact good at controlling himself if it get's to that point, but it doesn't change the fact that these issues are still there, will always be there, and will always be prone to being triggered in just the right way.
Yeah, I uploaded this icon specifically for this sample. Watcha gonna do about it?amuruiNovember 8 2011, 04:22:09 UTC

First Person: [Q&A pretty please spaghetti and peas. Not that he'll answer 99% of questions, but since the other two are literally impossible for him at least I will be able to entertain and enlighten you with action brackets. ]
Third Person:
Today was not Senri's first trip to the bakery, and perhaps that's why he was neither surprised surprised not particularly overwhelmed at the vast selection of baked good that were offered for residential consumption.
Senri was hungry, but he was also patient. He liked looking around at all of the colorful little treats, he liked smelling all of the various sweet scents that wafted through the place. It was however one particular scent that caught his attention, it was a scent of something warm and vaguely like honey. And well, whether or not it had anything to do with being at least partially bear, honey was his favorite food.
The source wasn't a difficult find for him either: it was donuts. Sweet golden brown honey flavored donuts that were still fresh and soft after being baked. Not that he knew that this was the favorite food of another certain resident of Luceti. A certain blonde red coated pacifist gunman who would cry if he saw what was about to happen here. Witnessing that someone else was going to devour one of his precious donuts, violating what an admittedly huge supply he had.
It didn't require any thought at all to do what happened next, mindlessly picking up the poor donut and taking a bite out of it. It wasn't the nostalgic taste of a real honeycomb from a mountain, but to be fair he wasn't expecting that. In all honesty he wasn't expecting it to be anything except for "tasty" which it was to him. He had a mouth full of sweet teeth and he liked to sit back and enjoy the mouthfuls of sugar he inflicted upon himself rather then inhaling it.
And so, that is exactly what he did. Savoring his snack one slow bite at at time.
Somewhere, off in Luceti Vash broke out into tears and he had no idea why
1. What is the most important thing in the world to you?
2. If you had to choose between saving someone else's life and saving yours, which would you choose? Why?
3. How do you think you perform in a crisis?
4. What's the nicest thing anyone has ever done for you?
5. What's your opinion on species unlike your own? Do you treat them the same, or differently? Are they less important than your own kind or on equal standing?
[Answers] I exhausted my only bear pun, sorry.amuruiNovember 18 2011, 07:10:29 UTC
1. What is the most important thing in the world to you? [He seems to genuinely absorbed in thought for a moment. As if genuinely thinking about the most important things in the world. Before rummaging around in his bag to produce a book. Taa-daa! He's a good boy, see?
Of course to him it isn't just a book, it's a book that contains every memory he has put into it, and the people within those memories are represented as well. Including his friends.
...Especially his friends.]
2. If you had to choose between saving someone else's life and saving yours, which would you choose? Why? [While the answer would be "save someone else's life" in a strange combination of not quite grasping the concept of life threatening danger as well as having a kind nature to begin with, he's not going to answer that question. Instead he's just staring, with a somewhat puzzled if not concerned look. That is a pretty morbid question you are asking him and to be honest he finds it a little troubling.]
3. How do you think you perform in a crisis? [One again, he's not really going to answer. It's something that he just never thinks about, and even when the question is asked of him it really doesn't bring much of anything to mind. He keeps his friends from getting hurt and he remembers to only use his powers when he thinks he has to. That's about it, and neither of those things would answer the question anyways even if he were to voice them.
The reality though is that he really doesn't handle them well. Having a tendency to freak out and jump into danger regardless of the consequences whenever he feels it's necessary is certainly not the best way to handle a bad situation. Then comes the aftermath of the crisis, where it and all memories remotely related to it are suppressed if it's bad enough. ]
4. What's the nicest thing anyone has ever done for you? [This is.... something that he is actually contemplating now. Taking out his book again and flipping through as if to try and jog a memory of some really nice day he had where something special happened.
But it doesn't take him long to pull out a certain pressed and dried flower, one that was unique to his world. It was Crystala's flower and with it he remembered a lot of nice things she did for him. Including giving him the book to keep his memories in to begin with. He's smiling now at those good memories, even if he has yet to actually answer your question.]
5. What's your opinion on species unlike your own? Do you treat them the same, or differently? Are they less important than your own kind or on equal standing? [Well, Senri was raised in a culture that reveres nature and it's lessons. A large part of that being respect for the animals and what they could teach. Even if he doesn't remember his past, that culture is still ingrained in him somewhere. Unfortunately whether or not this question has touched some nerve within him wasn't going to be clear, since he is very good at his poker face.
At any rate he remains blank and silent at this question. Why? Because he sucks at answering questions.]
