Strengths:
Physical: Chrodechild is obviously a very skilled fighter as the commander of the Blades of Night's Veil. Her position is one she earned with much training and actual experience, not one she gained due to her royal blood. All of the Blades together are definitely a dangerous foe to face, but Chrodechild is definitely the best among them.
Her defense and speed are also very good. She often is one of the first to act in a battle and she's very good in the front row and able to support weaker characters very well.
Mental: While she acts like she respects people, she knows that people may use her for their own ends. She was able to quickly see through the manipulations that the Mage Lord had for her, though she did miss a few things. Still, she's able to quickly assess a situation and come up with a way to deal with it even if she is surprised. She can act quickly, but she definitely doesn't act without thinking. She is very much able to weigh all evidence she has within a short period of time and make a decision. Like when Sieg brought to her suspicions of what the Order was going to do at Lazdaa Fortress, she believed him right away because she'd seen similar tactics used. If the earthquake hadn't struck so quickly, they may well have saved everyone there.
Emotional: The way she treats people means that she quickly makes friends and allies. The fact that she will never forget someone aiding her even if they harm her later can be quite a boon at times. She tends to act humble and not outright mention anything beyond her standing as the Commander of the Blades of Night's Veil. Chrodechild is the type of woman who wants people to respect her for what she does, not what she was born as, and this works very well and actually gains her more respect.
It does have major drawbacks too, more on that in the weaknesses.
