Jill Valentine | 3/4 merepuppet March 1 2010, 13:12:33 UTC
Strengths: Physical: Jill is physically very fit due to extensive military training and the like. She's strong, although not nearly as strong as most men in the same field, and agile (her agility probably being a greater asset to her than her physical strength). She's proficient in most weaponry, and hand-to-hand combat. She's also very flexible, though not nearly as flexible as she will be in three years.

Mental: Jill is mentally sharp, and intuitive. Her memory is good, and she's knowledgeable when it comes to certain things (eg: B&E [She was the S.T.A.R.S. B&E specialist after all), Zombies, Umbrella, ETC), but there are also things that go over her head. She's good when it comes to puzzles (just look at how many they place in these games).

Emotional: There are very few things that can get under Jill's skin, and in some ways she's a bit of an emotional pillar for those that need it. She's able to cast aside her emotions when it comes to her job, and in her field something like that is needed, but she's never emotionless. She's got a good hold on them until it comes to those she cares about.

Weaknesses: Physical: Jill Valentine is not a super woman. She cannot lift cars over her head, or jump off a building that's five stories high and live a normal life after that. She's human. A gunshot to the head will kill her, sickness will kill her, zombies can kill her. She's got your average, run of the mill human weaknesses.

Mental: Just like most people, Jill can forget simple things. Her birthday is generally lost to a pile of paperwork, or a mission, and even the birthdays of others. It's not that she wants to forget those things, it's just that more important things to remember take their place. She's also got some fears, and perhaps even mental problems, due to the tragedy that occurred at Raccoon City. There's much guilt on her conscience, even after all those years, and while it's generally pushed into the far reaches of her mind, it's still there.

Emotional: Jill is emotionally strong, as mentioned earlier, but there are things that can snap that strength quickly. When Chris was at the hands of Wesker, Jill threw out all logic and charged at Wesker with no thought of her own safety in order to save him. The people she cares about are more important to her than her own life, and she'll throw away everything for them. She suffers from guilt, and even a lack of happiness. You don't just see a city die, and get to leave happily. Jill will always be haunted by the tragedies she's seen.
